SUBSTANCE: here is disclosed capsule designed for one portion for preparing such drinks, as common coffee, cappuccino, tea or similar drinks out of dissolved or ground materials; capsule consists of part (1b) of cover located on wall (F) for pouring to ensure aperture (11) generation for pouring after liquid having been introduced into capsule; also here are disclosed devices for changing area of said aperture (11) for pouring during stage of drink pouring.
EFFECT: facilitating simple, hygienic and efficient production of desired drink with required amount of foam.
