FIELD: medicine, surgical stomatology, otorhinolaryngology.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with treating patients in case of palatine fissures due to replacing the tissue complex. Moreover, at the 1st stage of operation it is necessary to dissect mucosa near anterior edge of inferior concha and backwards leaving about 2-3 mm against the foundation up to the bone, mobilize a hypertrophied department of inferior concha keeping it to be fixed to lateral wall of nasal cavity in posterior departments with the help of a supplying peduncle, as for mobilized department of inferior concha it should be shifted into palatine defect to be fixed without any mucosal tension into oral cavity. In 2-3 mo, at the 2nd stage one should cross the supplying peduncle in nasal cavity, dissect excessive tissue and fix the peduncle towards defect's edges.
EFFECT: application of the present innovation enables to separate nasal and oral cavities, improve nasal respiration due to complete closing a palatine defect and restore the function of nutrition and speech.
