FIELD: medicine, surgical stomatology, otorhinolaryngology.

SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with treating patients in case of palatine fissures due to replacing the tissue complex. Moreover, at the 1^st stage of operation it is necessary to dissect mucosa near anterior edge of inferior concha and backwards leaving about 2-3 mm against the foundation up to the bone, mobilize a hypertrophied department of inferior concha keeping it to be fixed to lateral wall of nasal cavity in posterior departments with the help of a supplying peduncle, as for mobilized department of inferior concha it should be shifted into palatine defect to be fixed without any mucosal tension into oral cavity. In 2-3 mo, at the 2^nd stage one should cross the supplying peduncle in nasal cavity, dissect excessive tissue and fix the peduncle towards defect's edges.

EFFECT: application of the present innovation enables to separate nasal and oral cavities, improve nasal respiration due to complete closing a palatine defect and restore the function of nutrition and speech.
