SUBSTANCE: invention concerns maxillofacial surgery and can be applied for surgical treatment of congenital hiatuses of hard and soft palate. The nickelid-titanic tissue made of a thread with a diameter of 50-60 mcm with the size of cells of 10-1000 mcm, width corresponding to total width of mucoperiosteal flaps is placed between mucoperiosteal flaps and an osteal part of the hard palate. The nickelid-titanic tissue, from a thread, 50-60 mcm in diameter with 10-1000 mcm size of cells according to the size and the form of an osteal part of a bottom of the nasal passage is established between a mucosa of a bottom of the nasal passage and the top part of palatal edges of an osteal hiatus. Application by laser radiation of the Nd-Yag-laser with a wavelength 0.89 mcm and power of 20 W in a continuous regimen with light guide advancement is carried out in a submucosal layer of the bottom nasal concha parallel to osteal stroma and a mucosa to the back extremity of the bottom nasal concha with rate of 2 cm a second on a medial surface of the anterior extremity of the bottom nasal concha using a tip of a laser quartz light guide in diameter of 0.5 mm.

EFFECT: method allows reducing risk of cicatrical deformation.
