FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to otorhinolaryngology, and can be used in reconstructive-plastic surgery of craniofacial area and for rhinoplasty. Flap is formed from the separated mucosa of the inferior nasal concha. Tunnel is formed at the posterior end of the inferior nasal concha by two parallel vertical incisions from below upwards from its upper to lower edges and separation of the mucosa between them. Flap of the inferior nasal concha is passed through the formed tunnel so that the free end of the flap maximally replaces deficit of tissues of the posterior nasal and nasal cavity, but does not cover the mouth of the auditory tube.
EFFECT: method enables improving the speech quality, recovering the nasal valve, intra-nasal structures, reducing intraoperative injuries and eliminating postoperative complications, obtaining a good functional and aesthetic effect due to implementation of endonasal approach, use of own tissues, defect closure by filling tissue deficit in posterior nasal and nasal cavity.
