FIELD: powder metallurgy, particularly devices for powder preparation by molten metal spraying.
SUBSTANCE: molten metal spraying nozzle comprises body with annular slot to supply hot compressed gas, nipple with central channel to supply molten metal and protective case. Coaxial communicating channels are formed in the nipple and protective case to connect annular slot of the body with central channel of the nipple. The channels are adapted for additional distributed injection of hot compressed gas, which provides forming of uniform gas-and-metal mixture flow in central channel and supply thereof in spraying zone.
EFFECT: increased molten metal dispersion degree.
