FIELD: powder metallurgy; methods of production of the materials used at deposition of the refractory coatings and production of the gases-adsorbing compounds.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of the powder metallurgy, in particular, to production of the materials, which are used at deposition of refractory refractory coating and also at production of the gettering compounds. The method of production of the molybdenum pentaluminide includes commixing of the aluminum powder and the molybdenum powder, molding from their mixture of the beads, their heating in the nonoxidizing medium. At that use the ultradispersive aluminum and molybdenum powders produced by the electric blast of the electric conductors. The beads heating is exercised prior to the beginning of their burning. The powders are used in the following ratio (in mass %): the aluminum ultradispersive powder - 63-68, the molybdenum ultradispersive powder - the rest. The technical result of the invention is the increased purity of the end-product - the molybdenum pentaluminide up to 95-98 %, the reduced power input.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased purity of the end-product - the molybdenum pentaluminide - up to hundred percent, the reduced power input.
