FIELD: food industry; fish industry; methods of purification of the industrial low-concentration waste waters from the substances of the protein-lipidic nature.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the regenerative methods of purification of the industrial low-concentration (up to 300 mg/l) waste waters containing the substances of the protein-lipidic nature at the concentration of the protein substances in the being purified waste water above 50 mg/l and at the concentration of the fatty substances from 50 up to 250 mg/l, and may be used at purification of the waste waters of the enterprises of food industry and fish industry with the possibility to utilize the separated product. The separation from the waste waters of the protein-lipidic nature substances is exercised by the stage-by-stage injection of the coagulant and the flocculant solutions: first the waste waters are introduced with the 1 % sodium alginate solution as the flocculant, then the mixture is stirred and introduced with the 1 % solute chitosan as the coagulant and separate the sediment. At that the dozes of the introduced and the doses of an introduced flocculant and the coagulant make 25-30 mg/l. The method ensures the increased degree of the waste waters purification and the improved quality of the separated product for the purpose of its further usage as the additive to the fodder for animals.
