METHOD OF PURIFICATION OF THE OILY WASTE WATERS AND THE PHASE SEPARATION Russian patent published in 2007 - IPC C02F1/52 C02F1/56 B01D21/01

Abstract RU 2292308 C1

FIELD: oil-producing industry; methods of purification of the oily waste waters and the phase separation.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the methods of purification of the oily waste waters containing the mechanical suspensions and contaminations of the organic nature in the dispersed state including the emulsified oil products. The method of purification of the oily waste waters includes their treatment with the water-soluble reactant, in the capacity of which they use the polymer- colloidal complex gained by mixing of the 1 % water solution of polyethyleneimine and the 6 % water-colloidal solution of aluminum pentahydroxychloride at the molar ratio of А13+:element of polyethyleneimine equal to (1.2 - 10): 1. At that the polymer- colloidal complex is introduced in amount of 6-16 mg/l. The method ensures the effective separation of the oil products from the purified water, and also enables to conduct the purification process both of the high-concentration and the low- concentration suspensions in the wide range of рН.

EFFECT: the invention ensures the effective separation of the oil products from the purified waste waters, and also enables to conduct the purification process both of the high-concentration and the low-concentration suspensions in the wide range of рН.
