FIELD: oil and gas production.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparing hydrophobic emulsions and hydrophobic emulsions to be employed when completing and killing oil and gas wells as basic reagent for preparing process fluids in processes directed to increase oil recovery of formations and during pullouts of holes, to ensure filtration between oil or gas formation and well during its operation, as well as during development of oil and gas condensate deposits in any inundation stage. Objective of invention consists in providing formulation to prepare hydrophobic emulsion with low freezing temperature allowing reduction in the depth at which emulsion penetrates in formation, thermal stability of emulsion when being injected into bottom zone of hole at high formation temperatures, preservation of filtration characteristics bottom zone rocks, and creation of favorable conditions for inflow of fluids to hole bottom zone during development period. The objective is achieved with the aid of hydrophobic emulsion formulation comprising, as surfactant, product of reaction of alkanolamine with fatty acid blend including saturated and unsaturated acids with C₈-C₂₄-hydrocarbon radicals at their molar ratio (1-4):1, respectively. Hydrophobic emulsion comprises above-defined formulation, calcium chloride, water, and additionally hydrocarbon solvent.

EFFECT: increased oil and gas recovery and improved oil and gas production conditions.
