FIELD: technology and means for converting energy of wind, water, or any other physical environment.
SUBSTANCE: proposed energy-conversion device is made in the form of shaft-mounted structure incorporating at least two moving surfaces or two revolving surfaces and two moving surfaces and is placed in water stream so that its shaft and structure surfaces are positioned along medium stream affording displacement or , respectively, displacement and rotation of surfaces in two opposing directions; energy-conversion device structure is set in rotary motion due to organizing potential differences on these surfaces, and energy is picked off device shaft. Lifting forces acting in opposite directions relative to diametric axis are set up due to pressure difference on two surfaces of revolving member which sets shaft in rotary motion; output power is picked off this shaft. Joint operation of a few energy-conversion components makes it possible to effectively use energy of different media of physical nature, such as energy of wind or water flow.
EFFECT: enhanced operating efficiency of device.
