FIELD: aeronautical engineering. SUBSTANCE: flying vehicle has casing and lifting device made in form of two drive disks 3 located coaxially relative to each other for synchronous rotation in opposite directions. First halves of disks are located inside casing and second halves are located outside. Rotating axle of disks 3 of lifting devices are secured on lateral sides of casing 1 symmetrically relative to its longitudinal axis. Disks are provided with covers 4 over circumference of outer surfaces of disks at clearance 5 relative to their surface. Covers 4 are secured on casing 1.
