FIELD: pipeline engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises using actuators provided with auxiliary control and magnetic and mechanical drives. The actuator is controlled by the interaction of similar poles of permanent magnets. The actuator operates under the action of the fluid when external magnets moves in the position in which the repulsive force of its interaction with the internal magnet is less than the force acting on the auxiliary control member.
EFFECT: reduced power consumption.
