FIELD: locking devices. SUBSTANCE: lock relates to magnetomechanical systems and more particularly to design of locks in which power and control units have permanent magnets. Lock can be used on doors of apartments and offices, gates of garages, etc. Lock has two systems of magnetic poles. Each system is made up in the form of permanent magnets with polarity of their poles alternating over circumference. One of pole systems is installed for possible displacement in direction of alteration of poles. Other system of poles is adapted for displacement in direction of their magnetization. System of poles is made in the form of separate, autonomously displacing pole structures arranged from permanent magnets and locking members. Both systems of poles contain components of locking device which control their positioning and fixing of magnetic pole system moving in direction of magnetization of permanent magnets in initial position which corresponds to minimal distance between pole systems and also at maximal distance between them. In second system of poles, fixing is performed after surfaces of its poles are moved from initial position through distance which is shorter or longer than pole pitch. Aforesaid embodiment of lock design widens its functional potentialities and cuts cost. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 cl, 5 dwg
