SUBSTANCE: tubular furnace comprises housing separated into burner chamber and convection chamber by the ring baffle. The convection chamber receives pipe coil for the product. The top section of the furnace housing is provided with a lid provided with hatch and openings. The end of the coil of the convection chamber and entrance to the coil of the burner chamber pass through the openings and are interconnected. The coils are mounted in sliding bearings arranged along the generatrix of the inner and outer side of the ring baffle. The chimney is mounted on the housing base and is connected with the convection chamber through two symmetrical air ducts.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency.
