FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: furnace includes radiant chamber lined with heat-proof material, radiant product coil, bottom with burner devices, arch, convection chamber lined with heat-proof material, convection product coil, reducer and stack. Radiant coil consists of the tubes connected to each other by doubles and suspended by means of brackets attached to the wall of radiant chamber. Convention coil consists of finned tubes installed in holes of support grids and connected to each other with doubles. Each of tubes of radiant and convection product coils is enclosed in tube-cover, and gap between tubes and tubes-covers is filled with microcellular heat transfer powder.
EFFECT: increasing efficiency of the furnace, intensifying heat exchange of heating surface, excluding burn-through of lower part of coil tubes and their early failure, simplifying removal of combustion products from the surface of tubes, and simplifying the repair of coils.
