FIELD: oil-and-gas production.
SUBSTANCE: tube kiln contains casing 1 with backstone 2, brickwork envelope of lime kiln 3, radiant 4 and separately located convection 5 chambers. Radiant 4 and convection 5 chambers are connected by gas flue 6. In convection chamber 5 it is located multithreaded convection coiled pipe 7. In radiant chamber 4 it is located radiant product pipeline 10. Between kiln brickwork envelope 3 and radiant product pipeline 10 in radiant chamber 4 it is located beams-reflecting ring 11. Fuel, fed into kiln, is burnt in a burning devices 9, located in backstone 2 radiant chamber 4. Flame heat in the form of radiant energy is passed to heated product in coiled pipes 10 of radiant chamber 4.
EFFECT: invention provides improvement of thermotechnical properties of kiln, increasing of effectiveness of heat-transfer process from smoke fumes to hydrocarbon medium in radiant coiled pipe and to reduce coke-sediments in coiled pipe, increasing of reliability of kiln operation, reduction of heat losses into environment and improvement of aerodynamic characteristics of gas circuit of kiln.
