FIELD: controlling and measuring equipment engineering, possible use, in particular, for controlling dynamics of activation of membranes of safety valves of pipeline armature in real time mode.
SUBSTANCE: sensor contains body, rod, restoring spring and high frequency active oscillator with frequency-setting circuit. Sensor features cone-shaped restoring spring and body. Restoring spring is made of material with highly conductive surface layer and is connected by top to rod, and by base - to high frequency active oscillator, located on dielectric plate under lid of sensor. Body has cylindrical part with aperture, having solid dielectric cover of surface, across which the rod slides. Body together with rod and restoring spring forms high frequency LC contour included in frequency-setting circuit in composition of its own capacitor, capacitor between rod and body and inductance of restoring spring.
EFFECT: ensured speed of operation, constructive simplicity of sensor.
