Abstract RU 2401461 C2

FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: in frequency sensor, the disk dielectric base is made rotating and current conductors located on this base are made in the form of segments applied on both sides of the disk. Furthermore, two one-layer flat-topped inductance coils are introduced into the device and connected to frequency-driving circuit of the first and the second high-frequency auto generators. Offered sensor is not critical to contamination with dust, oil, detergents and permits disk axial play within gap of flat-topped coils 5 and 6. Measuring device can be made in the form of "ЧИП" and embedded into sensor structure. Sensor dimensions are practically determined by disk diametre which can be selected within 10-80 mm when total height of structure is within limits of 2-10 mm.

EFFECT: increase in speed and accuracy of angular displacement measurements under conditions of high-intensity noise providing direct digital reading both small and large angular displacements.
