FIELD: possible use for continuous individual and pair-wise calibration of flow meters used in heat counters.
SUBSTANCE: device contains feeding one, reverse one and block of bypass pipelines. By means of bypass pipelines, a difference of flows in feeding and reverse pipelines is created and by this movement of heat carrier in open water heating system is imitated. Pairs of flow meters being calibrated are mounted in feeding and reverse pipelines. On each bypass pipeline mounted serially are two or mote standard flow meters and a controlled adjustable valve for precise control of flow. Rough adjustment of fed difference of flows is performed by means of controllable adjustable valve, positioned on reverse pipeline. Continuous calibration of flow meters when heat carrier draining is absent is performed on basis of block of standard flow meters, configuration of which is analogical to bypass block. Device is equipped with source flow standard with flow switches and standard meters (or weights). On basis of original standard, volumetric flow meters are simultaneously calibrated in standard and bypass blocks with error ±0,15-0,3%.
EFFECT: increased precision of calibration.
