SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a sealed heat meter structure which is divided into two groups and connected to each other by power and control cables. The first group comprises pressure, temperature and flow sensors, and matching amplifiers. The second group comprises a power supply, an indicator functional computation and control unit. These units are connected to each other by a bundled cable. The entire structure of the heat meter is protected from electromagnetic noise penetration. In order to reduce the vibration load, metal dampers with multilayer thick damping sheets made from felted cloth or cardboard, saturated with addition of metal powder, are used.
