FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to measurement equipment, in particular to design of heat energy and heat carrier amount accounting unit. In heat metre matching and amplifying unit is represented by facility of measurement and automation (VP) according to GOST 26.010-80. In order to compensate temperature error (10÷150°C), which occurred as a result of fluoroplastic lining dimensions expansion, variation of viscosity, density of heat carrier and Re number, heat metre additionally includes two units of division, multiplication, memory and switch. Specified units are controlled by command from control unit. All parametres, depending in temperature, are reduced to a certain temperature, and at the same time nondimensional coefficients of fluoroplastic lining expansion α1,2l, viscosity α1,2v, density α1,2ρ, number α1,2Re are detected. Total value of these coefficients are used to identify coefficient of output voltage a1,2U, where 1, 2 is related to supply and return pipelines. All parametres are presented, depending in temperature, in the form of tables and memorised in memory units.

EFFECT: broader field of application, improved stability and accuracy in detection of heat carrier flow rate with direct measurement by means of compensation (correction) of temperature effect at results of measurement (detection) of thermal energy.
