FIELD: contours for discontinuous reading of analog signal, namely, sampling contour.
SUBSTANCE: in accordance to invention, if capacitor (C) used in sampling contour for sampling voltage, is periodically charged in repeating sampling periods, capacitor charging process does not reach balanced state due to its discharging by loss currents, which occurs between sampling periods. In accordance to invention in sampling period chain (10) of charging/discharging performs charging or discharging of capacitor by current, depending on difference of input voltage Vin and output voltage Vout. Circuit (18) for storing voltage stores value of support voltage, received by means of analog-digital transformation of last value of output voltage Vout, appropriate for finish of sampling period. Before beginning of next sampling period, charging circuit (12) charges or discharges capacitor by current, determined by difference between output voltage and voltage, produced by digital-analog transformation of value of supporting voltage, received from circuit (18) for storing voltage. Therefore charging circuit compensates for discharge of capacitor happening between sampling period, i.e. restores the charge that was present on capacitor at the end of previous sampling period. As a result, output voltage Vout quickly converges to goal voltage being sampled.
EFFECT: increased precision due to decreased influence of noise components.
