FIELD: medicine; cardiology.

SUBSTANCE: phonogram of systole f(t) is registered and subject to analog-to-digital transform. Massive f(tn) is formed and variable component h(tn)of phonogram. Ancillary massive b(tn) is formed which massive has sign-constant values of massive h(tn). Massive b(tn) is subject to Fourier transform and spectral massive g(ωn) is formed as a result of the transform. Average meaning g- of spectral massive g(ωn) is determined. Minimal value of frequency ωn is found as well as corresponding amplitude g(ωn), for which values the following conditions are met: ω>Hz, g(ωm-1)<g(ωm)>g(ωm+1), and g(ωm)>Lg, where L>1. Diagnostics of state of heart activity is performed from relation of amplitudes g(kωm), where k<10 is number of spectral amplitudes required for diagnostics.
