HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE COMPLEX FOR ELECTROCARDIOGRAPHIC MEASUREMENTS Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC A61B5/349

Abstract RU 2759404 C1

FIELD: medical technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical technology. The hardware and software complex of electrocardiographic (ECG) measurements contains a housing fixed to the user, in which a microcontroller, an analog-to-digital converter, a data storage facility made with the possibility of storing ECG data, a wireless communication module that provides data transmission from the memory facility to an external computing device, the first, second and third electrodes, a battery and a connector for connecting external electrodes that provide ECG registration. The first electrode is combined with a capacitive button that provides activation of the ECG removal function by the device. The second and third electrodes are located on the back side of the housing and provide ECG registration together with the first electrode. The frequency band of the amplitude-frequency characteristics for all channels of analog interfaces is 0-4000 Hz with permissible amplitude deviations from 0 to 2000 Hz±10% and a sampling frequency of 8000 Hz. The microcontroller and the data storage facility are designed with the ability to write, read and transmit ECG data in parallel streams with the priority of the recording process and with writing to non-volatile memory in single intervals in a multiple of the page size of non-volatile memory. The microcontroller implements direct diagnostic algorithms based on rules and decision trees and is designed with the ability to connect to diagnostic blocks implementing machine learning methods. The implementation of algorithms for the diagnosis of complex rhythm disturbances based on the analysis of high-resolution ECG, with simultaneous recording and reading of data, for example, during the study, including data recorded an arbitrary time ago, is provided.

EFFECT: automatic pre-medical nosological post-syndrome high-precision diagnosis of pathological ECG abnormalities of various durations is achieved without the participation of an expert doctor.
