SUBSTANCE: invention relates to functional diagnostics in cardiology. Disclosed is a method for analyzing an electrocardiosignal, in which amplitude-time parameters of cardiac cycles of 12-lead electrocardiogram are recorded by means of a cardiograph and hardware and software. Analysis of the electrocardiosignal is carried out by obtaining a fractal dimension of the ECS, obtained based on the digitized amplitude-time parameters of the cardiac signal in the MatLAB software environment, plotting the power spectrum of the logarithmic values of the electrocardiosignal and determining the angle of inclination of the approximating straight line to this graph, as a result, a numerical equivalent of the fractal dimension of the electrocardiosignal is expressed, on the basis of which a conclusion on the presence of deviations in the cardiovascular system of the patient is formed. Due to the possibility of using the method in the diagnosis and analysis of the electrocardiosignal, it is possible to detect deviations from the norm, taking into account the physiological characteristics of the cardiovascular system of the patient, as well as setting a preliminary diagnosis without the need for clinical examination.

EFFECT: invention provides diagnostics and analysis of electrocardiosignal, detection of deviations from norm, formulation of preliminary diagnosis without necessity of clinical examination.
