SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to form the depth of oral vestibule, isolate and separate wound surfaces with a membrane out of transparent silicone, put a silicone cylinder onto the membrane to fix it deep inside the newly developed vestibule with percutaneous sutures, remove the cylinder and the membrane in 14 d. The innovation enables to decrease the risk of individual intolerance, helps to observe the state of wound surface and introduce, if necessary, medicinal preparations under the membrane.
