FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgical dentistry and can be applied for fixation of skin transplant during plasty of alveolar process of the jaw. Gypsum model of patient's jaw is made. On gypsum model in region of mobile mucosa attachment height of alveolar part slope, necessary for fixation of detachable prosthesis, is formed. Boundaries of required skin transplant, used for making plastic lamellar apparatus, are marked on gypsum model of the jaw. Skin transplant is sewn into wound surface of alveolar process. Made plastic lamellar apparatus is placed on skin transplant and fixed to jaw body by means of screws.
EFFECT: method allows to create favourable conditions for formation of prosthesis bed for further reliable prostheses fixation.
