FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to dentistry, and is intended for use in treating small-sized mouth. Under the infiltration anaesthesia Sol. Ultracaini 4 %-1.7 No.1 a semicircular incision is made along the boundary of the mucosa in the projection of the region with an insufficient area of the attached gingiva. Half-round cut edges are provided with two lagging incisions at an angle α in relation to alveolar bone crest, where 0°>α<90°. Splitting and apical displacement of the movable mucosa are performed; fixation thereof at the border of new depth of formed vestibule with resorbable suture material. Formed wound surface can be covered with a gingival transplant or a collagen matrix. Movable edge of the mucous membrane is lowered into the newly created vestibule of the oral cavity and fixed to the periosteum, starting from the centre, and then on each side through 4 mm by submersible mattress sutures in combination with double interrupted sutures.

EFFECT: method allows to preserve created depth of oral vestibule and provide reliable fixation of obtained result without creating inconveniences for patient.
