SUBSTANCE: claimed composition contains combination of at least nicotinic acid or amide thereof such as nicotine amide (vitamin PP) and at least one sphingoid base selected from sphingosine, sphinganine, phytosphingosine, tetracetylsphingosine, N-acetylphytosphingosine, and phytosphingosine chloride. Also disclosed are method for treatment of keratinization disturbances using said composition; and application of said composition in drug preparation for treatment of atopic dermatitis and acne.
