SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dermatology. Disclosed is use of a topical antimicrobial dermatological composition as a medicinal agent in medicine and veterinary medicine, comprising a combination of at least one positively charged antimicrobial peptide linked to a lipid and hyaluronic acid with an average molecular weight of 100 kDa to 800 kDa or one of its salts, wherein the antimicrobial peptide is a hexapeptide linked to palmitic acid containing disulphide bridges.

EFFECT: alleviation of infectious symptoms in a situation where antibiotic treatment did not bring alleviation, or faster action of the combination of the claimed peptide with hyaluronic acid.
