SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for carrying valuables transformable into cart or table to facilitate carrying of unit, heavy and bulky loads, mainly, in cash departments of banks for reception of and handling over valuable for storing. proposed device for reception and handling over of valuables insulates platform with posts and wheels, and it is furnished with telescopic legs. Post is provided with base made of horizontally arranged tubes installed for fastening wheels and telescopic legs. Telescopic legs are mechanically coupled with control pedal to change position of their support surface relative to support surface of wheels. Base is furnished with cups, each having vertical slots on side wall, and cross axle inside connected with control pedal through drive mechanism for displacement in vertical slots.

EFFECT: increased versatility and load-lifting capacity of device at provision of safety, quick action and convenience in reception and handing over of valuables.
