SUBSTANCE: composition for finishing hardened steel beads contains, wt %: abrasive alumina micropowder (fineness 1 μm) 2-4, triethanolamine 1.9-2.5, sodium nitrate 0.2-0.3, triethanolamine oleate 1.2-1.6, tall oil acid triethanolamine salts 1.2-1.6, oxyethylated isononylphenol 0.4-0.6, hydrocarbon liquid with viscosity 5 cSt (20°C) 5-8, and water - the balance. Preferably, white electric corundum 24A (M-1), detergent liquid "Kamgidrol", and kerosene are used.
EFFECT: improved treatment quality and environmental safety.
