FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry.
SUBSTANCE: method for producing vodka involves carrying out the following procedures: preparing aqueous-alcoholic mixture, treatment with activated carbon, correction of conditions, addition of components, filtration and bottling. Before preparing the mixture rectified ethyl alcohol is subjected for treatment with carbon in multiple-pass carbon column with the total height path of column 20.0 m, not less, at its average-consumptive rate in column paths equal to 0.005-0.01 m/s. Column is subjected for thermostatic control at temperature -10.0-15.0°C. Mechanical oscillations are applied on column corpus with frequency 1.5-3.5 kHz to provide amplitude change in plane perpendicular to the column axis path. Treated rectified ethyl alcohol is heated to temperature 8.0-1.0°C and mixed with softened purified water to obtain aqueous-alcoholic mixture with temperature 14.0-16.0°C.
EFFECT: invention provides improving chemical-analytical indices of vodka, to reduce energy consumptions for realization of technological procedures in preparing vodka.
