FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: aqueous-alcoholic mixture for vodka is prepared on base of rectified alcohol of the highest purification. Aqueous-alcoholic mixture is filtered on carbon column filled up with fresh carbon. Vodka skimming is carried out after particular time after filling in of carbon. As soon as particular quantity of aqueous-alcoholic mixture is passed through carbon column vodka skimming is stopped, and fresh carbon is filled up in carbon column. Water of 0.1-0.2 mg equi/cu.dm hardness is used for preparation of alcoholic mixture. It is carried out aeration and cleaning on filters. EFFECT: reduced cost price with simultaneous preservation of all organoleptical properties.
