FIELD: alcohol industry.
SUBSTANCE: method includes sorting ethyl rectified "Lux" produced from selected corn from alcohol and drinking water corrected from artesian well. Sorting is mixed, filtered, passing through coal-cleaning battery and/or sorption-filtering elements of cartridge type of mari EPSF.UAag0.4, filled with activated carbon impregnated with silver, with filtration rate through one element with height of 1,000 mm from 3 to 21 dal/h. Vodka is delivered into a rendering tub. Honey natural is diluted with water with temperature of 70 °C in ratio of 1:5, thoroughly mixed, brought to a boiling point, stirred for 15–25 minutes, filtered in hot form and self-cooling to 10–20 °C. One pours 0.3–0.5 kg per 1,000 dal of corn vodka with a water-and-alcohol liquid with 50 % vol. at ratio of 1:10, stays in during 4.5–5.5 days while stirring, drained with infusion and filtered. In the rendering trough honey and infusion are successively introduced during 1.0–1.5 h stirring; vodka is delivered for rest for 1–3 months and subjected to control filtration. For production of 1,000 dal of vodka 3.8–4.2 kg of natural honey, 3.0–3.5 l of infusion of fortified grains of maize of the first drainage and the rest – rectified ethyl alcohol "Lux" and water as per calculation for 40 % vol. proof are used.
EFFECT: invention allows to enhance the ready product quality.
