FIELD: construction industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to hardware, and namely to locking-and-sealing devices. Device consists of rope piece with rigidly fixed passive end and free end passing through locking mechanism which consists of casing with internal surface, two opposite faces of which are made parallel, and two other opposite faces are located angle-wise. It also includes spring-loaded separator with axial hole meant for rope piece and with front and rear walls and fixing members made in the form of two rollers contacting the edges located angle-wise, and with rope piece. Separator is equipped with divider of rollers made in the form of stops symmetrically located relative to central hole axis. Device is equipped with protective element indicating manipulations and made in the form of protrusion located inside at least one local moulding, and with additional fixing means of locking mechanism. Spring stabiliser is made in the form of steady bush coupled with rear cover, in the front face of which a socket for another spring end is provided. Spring stabiliser is provided with internal thread, wherein screw with handle having a hole for rope piece and contacting the separator when being locked is screwed in. Screw handle is made so that it can be separated from screw body.
EFFECT: providing higher locking force and higher degree of protection from malicious breaking-open.
