FIELD: ironmongery, particularly flexible locking-and-sealing devices including cable cuts as flexible members.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises cable cut having passive and free ends. During device locking free cable cut end passes trough device body to create loop and is secured in the body by means of locking mechanism. Locking mechanism comprises two rollers arranged in separator loaded with locking spring and installed in body interior surface. The interior surface has flat slanted surfaces adapted to cooperate with rollers during device locking. One end of locking spring is put on extension made on rear separator wall. Another end thereof is put on spring stabilizing means. Device also has additional fixing means for locking mechanism fixation. The additional fixing means is made as blocking spring put on spring stabilizer and preliminarily retained in initial device position, where the device is prepared for further locking with spring holder. One end of blocking spring is supported by lid, another one thereof rests upon spring holder. The spring holder is made as fork passing through orifices made in body side so that the holder may be quickly released after loop having minimal dimensions formation for prior cable cut fixation. Final cable cut fixation is carried out by blocking spring cooperation with rear separator wall through locking spring with filly compressed neighboring spring coils.

EFFECT: increased protection reliability, operational conveniences and simplified production.
