FIELD: pump engineering.

SUBSTANCE: centrifugal pump comprises housing provided with openings in its bottom and seals through which the shaft of electric motor passes. The housing is provided with the pump chamber. The pump has locking bushing with longitudinal ribs on its inner conical surface. The outer conical surface of the pump chamber is provided with answered grooves. The stator of the electric motor has hollow cylinder with longitudinal slot and made of magnetically soft material. The cylinder receives permanent magnets. The cylinder and magnets are mounted within the housing by means of guiding projections. The sealing ring is set on the step made on the face of the housing and in the ring groove of the pump chamber between the housing and pump chamber. The cross-section of the ring is triangle, and projection of the groove is wedge-shaped in the cross-section. The first bearing is secured inside the housing, and the second bearing and brush holders with brushes are mounted on the supporting unit in the hollow cylinder. The lid is provided with projections, and housing is provided with the grooves for centering the lid on the housing and setting the brushes.

EFFECT: improved pressure-tightness and reduced labor consumptions.
