FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: this pump comprises drive shaft, motor, flange, housing composed by three parts and cover composed by intake pipe. Impeller with vanes is fitted on shaft inside said flange, said vanes being directed form housing side to exhaust holes at its side surfaces. Housing first part accommodates the first stage with centrifugal wheel shaped to truncated cone with helical vanes on cover side. At least three grooves are made in wheel flange between two adjacent vanes. Housing second stage accommodates centring antifriction bearing and second stage with swirler displacing in shaft axis to control the clearance between ends of vanes and working chamber walls. Quantity of vanes of the wheel pressure side is 1.2 times larger than that on intake side. Bearing is composed by two aligned ceramic rings, inner one being secured at the shaft by lock ring. Sealing bush in length two times larger than shaft diameter is fitted at housing third part, on shaft at flange side. Intake opening in said cover is composed by inclined diverging channel above second stage working chamber intake hole.
EFFECT: higher head, efficiency and reliability, longer life, transfer of chemically aggressive fluids.
