FIELD: heavy machine building; pumps.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heavy machine building in oil refining, gas and chemical industry, in particular, to pumping equipment for movement, supply and circulation in stationary conditions of liquid supplied to installation. Installation of pumping units of dynamic, vertical type, containing at least two pump units installed on the foundation frame of the installation of pumping units of dynamic, vertical type, successively combined with each other by means of the delivery system of pipelines, wherein each unit is installed on the foundation frame vertically and includes a drive motor, shaft of which is connected to shaft of pump unit through magnetic coupling located in protective cylindrical housing, made with radial stiffening ribs and coaxially connected by means of flange connections with located on it electric motor and located below unit delivery housing, equipped with additional axial holes and two L-shaped additional holes, one of which is made with possibility to perform additional heat removal from driven magnetic half-coupling by means of bypass. In housing is additionally installed by means of flange connection upper bearing assembly, including double radial plain bearing and axial bearing, in the central part of the unit there is at least one cylindrical middle housing, having combined double system of radial and angular seals, with impeller located in cylindrical part and guide vanes with installed radial sealing rings, between which in the middle part of the unit there is at least one middle assembly of the radial plain bearing of the shaft, under which lower bearing assembly is located, including axial and radial bearings of shaft sliding, in the lower part of the unit, a suction housing is installed, in the housing of which a screw of a centrifugal stage is installed on the shaft of the unit, after which one impeller is installed between guide vanes, in side wall of suction housing there is a suction branch pipe.

EFFECT: ensuring reduction of hydraulic losses and improvement of cavitation characteristics from 5 to 10 %, providing simple design, providing guaranteed sealing of pump housings, ensuring availability of maintenance of pump parameters adjustment, improving operating reliability and increasing efficiency from 2 to 4 % of installation of dynamic pump units of vertical type.
