FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves placing transparent glass in front of one eye during the first phase lasting 5-0.05 s. Glass, having transmission coefficient which value is reduced 5-10 times as low, is placed in front of the other eye. Glass positions are reversed during the second phase. Transparent glasses are placed in front of both eyes during the third phase lasting 0.005-0.1 s as long. Phases are repeated in cycle during 2-15 min. Images are shown in reducing time periods through the transparent glasses and the glasses having transmission coefficient value reduced 5-10 times as low, in alternating presentation mode. Time for showing the images through transparent glasses increases in simultaneous presentation mode. The total treatment course is 10-15 sessions long.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in forming ability to fusion and developing bifoveal fusion.
