SUBSTANCE: mixer-disperser comprises impeller, stator, and conical rotor made of a set of gear disks. The intermediate disk are interposed between the gear disks. The working surface of the tooth of the disk points in the direction of rotation and lies in the plane passing through the axis of the disk. The side of the gear disk that abuts against the impeller from the side of the inlet for the fluid to be mixed and dispersed is provided with a rifled washer with rifles shaped into a right triangle.

EFFECT: improved quality of mixed liquids.
