FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, primarily, to energy and chemical, and is intended for production of fine stable emulsions, including water-fuel. Rotary hydrodynamic apparatus comprises housing with fluid supply and discharge branch pipes, inside of which installed stator disc containing at least one concentric row of slots, and rotary disc fixed on drive shaft containing at least one concentric row of slots and input pump blades.
EFFECT: invention aims at increasing of mixed media emulsion quality and reduced power consumption.
