FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, primarily energy and chemical ones, and is intended for production of stable fine emulsions, including water-fuel ones. Hydrodynamic cavitation disperser comprises a stator with a conical cover, a cone-shaped rotor made as a set of toothed discs, and an impeller installed at the outlet. Cone-shaped rotor is equipped with intermediate washers installed between toothed discs, and in the stator conical cover circular rectangular recesses are made, in which at the tooth height the toothed disks are inserted, herewith circular grooves are made on the circular rectangular recesses. On the rectangular recesses concave sections are made.
EFFECT: technical result is increased efficiency of hydrodynamic cavitation disperser operation and higher quality of the obtained emulsion.
