ASSEMBLED-DETACHABLE FORM-MATRIX WITH CHANGEABLE MODULE-INSERT AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURE OF ARTICLES FROM BINDING MATERIALS Russian patent published in 2007 - IPC B28B7/16 

FIELD: construction engineering; manufacture of building materials; manufacture of building and decorative items from concrete, gypsum, polymer-concrete.

SUBSTANCE: proposed form has forming member with sealing cover; form is made as matrix with elastic embossed surface and forming member constructed as module-insert located on it; module-insert is made from material whose hardness exceeds that of matrix surface; its forming surface is congruent relative to embossed surface of matrix; sealing cover may be fixed with form forming "sandwich" structure easy for turning-over and placing it with cover downward; in this position matrix may be dismantled from module-insert for subsequent use of matrix with another changeable module-insert; matrix and module-insert are provided with passages for check of level of molding sand; matrix level gauges are located over its perimeter beyond module-insert; in pouring the molding sand, matrix is kept on vibrating table. Method of manufacture of items from binding materials consists in preparation of molding sand, pouring it into form, mounting the sealing cover, holding for hardening of item and dismantling the form; molding sand is prepared at low water-to-cement ratio till homogeneous mix has been obtained; molding sand is poured into changeable module-insert of assembled-detachable form at application of vibrations; after vibrations are discontinued, sealing cover is mounted on module-insert where mix is transformed into plasticine-like pulp and is fixed for forming the "sandwich" structure which is turned over and is placed with cover downward; then form is dismantled freeing the matrix for use with another module-insert; standing to hardening is performed in module-insert in turned-over position for obtaining glazed surface of item.

EFFECT: simplified construction of form; increased productivity; improved quality of items.
