FIELD: plants for manufacture of hollow items, such as bottles, flasks, reservoirs from preheated thermoplastic blanks (premolds) by inflation method.
SUBSTANCE: proposed plant includes inflation unit with mold consisting of bottom and cylindrical part, drive mechanism for half-molds provided with pneumatic cylinder and blank heating furnace with filament lamps and reflecting panel. Conveyer for motion of blanks in heating furnace has motion drive having pneumatic cylinder and conveyer drive mechanism. Plant is also provided with mechanism for delivery of blanks from heating furnace to inflation unit, mechanism for stretch forming of heated blanks in mold, mechanism for locking the half-molds and mechanism for throwing the blanks from conveyer. Conveyer motion drive with pneumatic cylinder and mechanism for throwing the blanks from conveyer are mounted inside conveyer moving the blanks in heating furnace. Plant is provided with additional inflation unit; both inflation units are mounted in opposite positions; blank heating furnace and conveyer moving the blanks in furnace are located in between inflation units; mechanism for delivery of blanks from furnace to inflation units is located above inflation units.
EFFECT: reduced power requirements; improved mass and dimensional parameters; enhanced reliability and safety.
