FIELD: packaging industry.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises facilities for delivering and heating the workpiece, facility for placing the preheated workpiece in the mould, drives for reducing the mould sections together and facilities for fixing the mould closed state. The facilities for placing the preheated workpiece in the mould includes the movable disk with holes around the periphery and the stationary disc, having the cutout. Two pneumatic actuators are provided for each lock, the cylinders of which are fixed by means of brackets to one of the mould sections, and the rods are attached to the lock.
EFFECT: simplification and facilitation of the design, improvement of the bottles production quality and power saving, required to produce one bottle.
