SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of purification of the waste waters from the oil and the oil products, in particular, to the methods of purification of the oilfield waste waters at the oil-producing and oil-refining works. The method provides for feeding of the source water by the upcoming stream in the preliminary chamber of the settler, its passing above and below the partition separating the preliminary chamber from main chamber, and withdrawal of the oil, gas and the purified water. Before the source water passing above and below the partition at first it is passing through the intermediate slot executed along the whole length not below the center line of the hermetically mounted partition. Further the cycle is repeated in the same succession no less than 2-3 times in the subsequent chambers. Then, not interrupting the process, the being purified water is passing through the partitions combining then intermediate slot and the slots executed above and below the partition and further - through the above and below located slots of the following partition. Before beginning of the work the settler is filled with the source water. The geometrical dimensions of the slots are selected at the rate of the passage of the being purified water in the amount, which comes in the preliminary chamber for a unit of time. In the upper part of the chamber for withdrawal of the purified water there is the mounted breathing fitting pipe for withdrawal of the escaping gas. The method is simple in implementation, does not require the complex equipment, the filter materials, the sorbents, the chemicals recuperation or the multicomponent chemical materials for the demulsification. The method ensures the increased efficiency and cost reduction of the waste waters purification.
EFFECT: the invention presents the method, which is simple in implementation, does not require the complex equipment, the filter materials, the sorbents, the chemicals recuperation or the multicomponent chemical materials used for the demulsification and ensures the increased efficiency and cost reduction of the waste waters purification.
