FIELD: valving systems.

SUBSTANCE: valve comprises housing with inlet and outlet ports, valve seat, and unloaded valving member made of a plunger. The plunger is mounted inside the housing for permitting reciprocation with respect to the surface of the cylindrical insert secured inside the housing of the valve. The plunger is provided with sealing members and is connected with the drive. The cylinder of the insert has openings for connection of the spaces of the inlet and outlet ports of the valve. The sealing members are made of two same bellows. The bellows are mounted coaxially with respect to the housing of the valve one behind the other. The bottom section of the bottom bellows and bottom section of the top bellows are connected with the top part of the plunger. The top section of the top bellows is tightly connected with the flange to define a single hollow of the valve. When the valve is open, the bottom bellows is unloaded. The top bellows is compressed by the value of the stroke of the valve. The flange is tightly connected with the housing of the valve.
