SUBSTANCE: the streamlined body is intended for influence over the dynamics of flow of fluid and (or) particles carried by the fluid, the exterior surface of the streamlined body is formed by rotation of the upper side of the wing section about its chord. The streamlined body is made with variable geometry. The mentioned body may be used as the collision surface, for production of the laminar flow, for production of the inflow action in the direction of the flow by placing the streamlined body with its main axis in the direction of the flow in the usually free section of flow, as well as a heat exchanger by placing the heat conducting streamlined body in the flow with a thermal gradient.
EFFECT: produced a positive action on the flow dynamics, which makes the flow uniform and provides the control of the flow speed.
